Maps & Directions
Georgetown is the northern most “gateway” to the gently rolling hills of Central Texas. Austin is 26 miles south. Dallas is two hours north. Houston is two hours southeast and San Antonio is one-and-a-half hours south. Access to Georgetown via the Austin- Bergstrom International Airport and the north/south highway artery of Interstate 35 and east/west highway artery of Highway 29 make traveling to and from Georgetown easy.
Driving Directions from Austin:
- Take IH35 North to exit 261. Turn right at University Ave. Travel east to Main St. (0.73 miles), take a left at the traffic light. Follow Main St. to 10th. At the stop sign, turn right. A large free parking lot will be on your left.
- Driving Directions from Waco/Dallas/Ft.Worth: Take IH35 South to exit 261. Turn left at University Ave., crossing IH35 bridge. Travel east to Main St. (0.74 miles), take a left at the traffic light. Follow Main St. to 10th Street. At the stop sign, turn right. A large free parking lot will be on your left.

Parking
We recommend that you use the Red Poppy Shuttle provided on Saturday beginning at 11:30 am until after the Saturday Night Concert. To ensure the safety of our Old Town Residents, parking in the Old Town Neighborhoods will be limited and towing will be enforced when vehicles are left in a No Parking Zone. Designated parking area for Guests with disabilities will be available at the parking lot located at 10th & Main Street. A valid disability parking permit is required.

Shuttle Service
A free shuttle service will be provided by Flash Transportation to the Red Poppy Festival on Saturday only. Hours: 11:30 a.m – after the Saturday Night Concert. You can park and ride the shuttle at 610 N. Austin Avenue (Old Albertsons).
Driving Directions from Austin to shuttle service:
Take IH35 north to exit 261-A. Turn right onto RR 2338/Williams Drive. Turn right onto N. Austin Avenue. Turn right into the Parking Lot at 610 N. Austin Avenue.
Driving Directions from Waco/Dallas/Fort Worth to shuttle service:
Take IH35 south to exit 262. Turn left onto RR 2338/Williams Dr. Turn right onto N. Austin Avenue. Turn right into the Parking Lot at 610 N. Austin Avenue.
