Event Parking:

The Williamson County parking garage at Rock and Fourth streets and the public parking lot on Austin Avenue between Fifth and Fourth Streets (next to The Monument Cafe) will be open during the festival. MAP Public parking lots are also available on Martin Luther King Jr. Street at West Eighth MAP and West Sixth streets. MAP There is no charge for parking.

Attendees are asked to be courteous when parking on neighborhood streets, and avoid blocking driveways or parking in fire lanes. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed.

Handicap parking is available at the parking lot at 10th and Main Streets. MAP

The City parking lot at Sixth and Main streets will be closed starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday.

Driving Directions to Red Poppy Festival from Austin:

Take IH35 North to exit 261. Turn right onto Highway 29. Travel east to Rock St., take a left at the traffic light. MAP (Rock St. is a block west of the festival.)

Driving Directions to Red Poppy Festival from Waco/Dallas/Fort Worth:

Take IH35 South to exit 261. Turn left onto Highway 29, crossing IH35 bridge. Travel east to Rock St., take a left at the traffic light. MAP(Rock St. is a block west of the festival)
